F1B Mini Golden Doodle Transition

Hello there, we are excited to announce that we have transitioned from F1 Mini Golden Doodles to F1b Mini Golden Doodles. This was an 18/24-month process as we had to retire our Golden Retriever Moms Annie and Rosey and background our new soon to be Moms, Mini Golden Doodles Ruby and Sadie. Ruby will have her first litter around July 11th of 2025. Sadie was recently bred and we are hopeful for another litter around August 29th, 2025. Ruby’s pups will be very small and cute. She is only 17 pounds and Bingo (Our Toy Poodle) is 7 pounds, so we are excited to see these cuties soon! Average weight of the puppies fully grown should generally average somewhere between the two parents. Sadie is a 20 pound Mini Golden Doodle and Teddy (Our family’s Toy Poodle) is 7 pounds so these pups will be similar in size as well.

During this transition, we listened to our customers and prospects and learned that people want smaller and curlier pups. This is something that we couldn’t always guarantee. Our previous F1 Mini Golden Doodles generally ranged between 20 and 30 pounds, and had more wavy hair-still cute but the demand for smaller and curlier pups outweighed our previous program. We’d occasionally get an F1 in the low 20’s but usually they were closer to 30 pounds fully grown. We will keep you posted on Ruby’s puppies and hopefully Sadie’s in the next few months so stay tuned!

Why We Started This Business

It’s easy to question yourself sometimes when starting a business but we already had a blueprint in place as our family began breeding Mini Golden Doodles in 2014. At Adorable Mini Doodles, the timing could not have been better as we introduced our First Litter January of 2020. Little did we know that 2 months later when the puppies were ready to go home that our world would forever change. As everything around us began to lock down in the middle of March 2020, our business began to ramp up. Our waiting list was overflowing, and we simply didn’t have enough supply at that time to meet the demand. As we worked through the teeth of the pandemic, our business continued to grow and furever homes were being found. Our customers needed us and we needed them. A bond formed with many families, as technology allowed for some of the brighter things in the dark world we live in to shine. A family, a son, and a daughter, has found their new best friend. We appreciate our customers trust in us, as we continue to provide healthy, playful, and loving puppies to your family for years to come.
